plexuss wrote: Fri Oct 28, 2022 2:08 am Sounds amazing. I like a slick UI too. Although slick, it all seems to be useful and not too garish (eg. Beatskillz). I wonder if this will propogate to the distributors (eg. audio deluxe, jrr, etc)
They’re offering it for $49, while it’s in beta, $99 on release. Not sure if distributors will have it during beta.

Really lovely UI and super rich tones.
I wonder how this one is

Sequenced multiFX :hyper:
well, the sequenced bit is similar but one's a dual, series filter and the others are all multi-fx.

I picked up Supermodal and think it's really awesome. Unique enough and worth $49 to me.

picked up supermodal too. So far, just using presets, its different than what i had expected.
The tonal weight comes very often from the sequenzing within these presets.
Some things needs refinement though. The Sequenzer creates clicksy spikes. Needs some "rounding" at peaks.
ok for 49$ *,........not shure to where this can carry one. Guess it has more potential than the presets i used, have shown.
* cause: the question is, how much time will i give it ?

Just had supergreat fun with UVI Shades.
Actually the first time i was digging thru presets.
I´d put this very high up on the list.
it will become now my goto phaser. While i was quasi never using phasers bevore. lol
Same thoughts vs. Shades, ..needs some refinement, imho.
The edit access to sequenzes should be enhanced to make editing (way) better accessible. Otherwise it loses some potential, cause one would shy back to put some editing work into.
Feels like a external work, that has not seen the complete love, as know from other UVI stuff. Yet, as is, it IS allready a really great tool.

these both will NEED serious amounts of time on the user-end to unleash their real potential. As any other of the really great ones, hehe.
"Plugin has turned Drug now"....and the business knows it.

Tried Supermodal, frankly expected more. Mainly due to dashed hopes for Decay length lol. I would prefer the possibility of no attenuation (the same claim was once for Tritik Moodal). But ok it's personal. Or much longer at least (here should be praise to InaGrm's resonator).
What else, algos (models) itself seemed to me sometimes a bit not enoughly different/distinctive (including by represent of specify material).
Not a bad thing although, and 49 rather honest price (at least because modulators).
In general good vendor\support and I like his previous products. But this time maybe next time.

Rezonator has been recommended by a growing number of producers on Twitter and IG. Personally, I'm fine with Resonator and Spectral Resonator in Ableton Live, but if you're in a different DAW or need a different layout, this might be interesting as a creative effect.

looks nice - much the same as one can do in BIOME perhaps? I wish these things were not limited to tempered notes

I often want keyfollow with resonators, and I don't have many that have it. I use Apqualizer2 once in a while to set up a comb-like EQ, and the keyfollow works pretty well. Zebra's (and Zebrify's) comb filter has keyfollow which is nifty.

Any others with keyfollow? Does Supermodal have it? If so, does it work well?
Doing nothing is only fun when you have something you are supposed to do.

Supermodal does indeed have key-tracking, and it does it exactly as you'd expect :)

Is there no demo for Supermodal? :(

Ah, thanks.

Like some others suggested, I like Glitchmachines's stuff, particularly Cataract, Quadrant and Fracture XT.
