How to make this resonant synth from Black Coffee by All Saints?

Hey everyone. I'm trying to replicate this repetitive resonant synth that happens in the choruses, like 1:58 and 3:36. I can recognize what I imagine to be a high-resonance filter with LFO, but what's the waveform, and what else is missing? Thanks!
