TAL Sampler - converting .talwav files to .wav

Hello, I'm wondering if anyone knows a way to extract the audio in ".talwav" preset files without going through and resampling each preset. These files are native to the TAL Sampler. I have a large amount of presets that I'd like to use the original audio outside of the TAL Sampler. I'd like to know if there's a way to do this without resampling. Thank you!

Sorry for resuming an old topic, I just stmbled across this post being myself in search for the same thing... not sure you eventually found a way since 2020 lol...
Apparently tal stores all sample data in xml format, so in theory the actual wav data in the <sampledata> tag could likely be uuencoded. But to extract it one should forcibly code a simple program to do the job, possibly using some xml parsing library... too much of a headache for me at present

Chicken Systems: "TALSampler: Non-encrypted only. .talwav files are encrypted, so any .talsmpl instrument that references .talwav cannot be converted."

I thought TAL Sampler saved presets like SFZ -- with a xml file and a folder of samples.
From the manual:
Save a Preset
You can use “Save as…” from the menu (click at the preset name on the top) or the
floppy disk icon near the preset name on the top to save a preset with a new name.
Use “Save” to overwrite the current preset.
You can choose “Copy Samples to Preset Directory” or “Save Preset and Samples
to…” to move the samples to the preset. This can be helpful if you use samples from
different drives and locations. You can copy the preset and the samples to another
location or share them with other people.
Note: Make sure you save the file-preset on the same drive as the samples,
because the paths inside the preset file are saved relatively! A good practice
is to have the samples in a sub folder of the preset.
I don't doubt what Chicken Systems says, but I don't see any information in the manual. Does TAL Sampler have the ability to do both unencrypted and encrypted samples? I wonder what the differences in the format would be if so.

Most of the TAL Sampler factory presets point to *.talwav samples. Classic 80s and Hollowsun Libraries. But my purchased 3rd party libraries' presets point all to *.wav samples. Green Light Sensations, Blue Light Sensations and Synth Motions Vol1.

Interesting! They must provide encrypted and unencrypted formats, even though it's not mentioned anywhere that I can find.
