I reported a crash bug to Sonimus probably in 2017 for one of their products.. They were able to replicate and promised me a fix for three years. After then I stopped caring.
The rest of their product line of which I own most, have not been updated in how long?
I would not buy anything from then regardless how good it sounds.

I really like their plugins and own all of them except this. They sent an email for a presale at $29... but no demo, no info on features, no nothing... just "give us $29 and we shall see" basically. It would have been a completely blind purchase. The code they sent was canceled the moment they actually made it available... now it's $10 more, which is not a lot, but I feel it's a rather shitty marketing practice though, so no purchase for me.
On the other hand I actually don't care or like the API sound that much (compare to other things I own).
I rather spend those $29 on the new Kazrog eq...

I’m agree with the first posters : my experience with Sonimus is the same : they very rarely update their plugins and I find the marketing around this release very strange, no demo available adding to the bad vibe.
BUT I bought the plugin during the pre-release for various reasons. The main one is silly : I just need a sonimus console that is M1 ready and I was fed up to wait for the Satson and Britson updates. I love the workflow with these consoles !

And I finally love the sound of this little plugin. Truly a great tool, looking and sounding better than Satson/Britson (even if they complement nicely I think : Satson is more transparent and Britson better on vocals).
I remember trying the Lindell API console and not liking the sound : I was thinking I didn’t like the API vibe.
But this A-console is truly great.
Yes, Sonimus has issues in the marketing and post-sale areas, but with this plugin they truly delivered...

They said there would be a demo at some point, I think some bugs surfaced during the pre-release.
