How to make this plucky, springy bass sound?

Hey guys,

I'm having a hard time trying to reproduce this plucky springy kind of bass sound in Serum. It starts around 2:32 filtered and becomes prominent from 2:42 and goes all the way to the outro.
Does anyone have any clue how to create this sound?

Not perfect because you can fine tune it yourself but this shows the basics of the sound.
using FM from B creates that weird upper mid harmonic sound but changing the waveform and also the amount of FM will change the sound drastically.
