Ilok fees question

Don´t know where to post this as I´m not allowed to have more than one active topic in the Sell & Buy forum section.

I would like to ask people for advise regarding the $25 Ilok transfer fee.

I want to sell several plugins which are registered on my Ilok account (dongle). Some of them are worth under $50. I know that there is a cap when transferring multiple licenses to the same buyer but what if I have to sell everything to individual people? Would you guys charge the buyer to pay the $25 fee, or split the costs? And are buyers willing to pay the fee?
What is a common and fair practice? Any advice with transaction experience is welcome.
