I’ve got the Wasp and love it, SEM too but I prefer the Wasp.

but sometimes, you just want a different character.

dont know that particular filter you mention, but yeah, a sallen key/ms20 style is nice too!
i dont recommend there because ive got the borg, and its a bit more expensive, and quite big! does have two filters though so swings n roundabouts...
polivoks filters are also nice, a few manufacturers make those too, i have the erica, very nice!

Yeah, I’ve also got a Behringer 904a which is a classic Moog style ladder filter like on a Minimoog which sounds great and a MI Ripples clone that is pretty cool too. At some point I’d like to get Soundforce’s VCF/VCA to pair with my DCO to get a full Juno sound. Because I’ve got a hybrid setup I can use a load of digital filters and envelopes in VCV Rack and that increases options a lot.

Had a 4U rack case for a while, but only just now picked up my first 1U module and it's so cute!

It's great for £30 I have added 2 more outputs from my rack to my DAW and for the first time I have been able to plug in the rack without actually needing a computer to monitor it as I get the option to send the line out through an amp instead. Previously I only had the expert sleepers, which is great, but it's nice to have options.

I’m gonna join you in Make Noise goodness soon. I’m finally done with trying out TE’s OP1, and that’s gonna fund XPO and Xpan.

I can see the allure of OP1, but f**k, that’s a minimalist-hardship-commitment I don’t want to make.
Piggybacking that other convo… This was a great way to rid any FOMO for the OP-1 field. There’s no way I’ll ever think its it worth 2k, or that this one is worth over 1k (or about $800 on the used market).

I'd have to sell something first. The fundage pond is somewhat shallow what with christmas rapidly approaching.
I did sell a guitar once and I've never quite recovered from that traumatic experience...
