Yeah I have had no issues with any of your stuff on my Ventura M1 box.audiothing wrote: Thu Nov 10, 2022 3:43 pmwell actually once we ported the plugins to Silicon (which was not that hard here compared to what other devs say), both Monterey and Ventura were just a simple check. Everything is working as expected.

I've been dabbling with the linux side of things recently and was pleasantly surprised to see some of my AudioThingies had linux versions. Nice to see more devs bringing the penguin love

This is a good plugin, I like it a lot, but I feel there's some obvious holes. I'd like to see a medium sized portable "boombox" radio style model, and a big '90s style hi-fi system model, then third maybe a car stereo... Just a little feedback.
Edit just to say: Whoops. I thought there wasn't a boombox, but there is... Duh.
I'd still like a "big" stereo though.

In my opinion, this plugin would truly shine if we had the ability to use our own sounds.an-electric-heart wrote: Thu Jul 20, 2023 1:10 am This is a good plugin, I like it a lot, but I feel there's some obvious holes. @AudioThing: would it be possible to implement the ability to import custom audio samples for use as both speakers and background noises within the plugin? Having the flexibility to integrate user-provided audio files would greatly enhance the creative potential for sound designers, allowing for highly tailored speaker / texture and ambient noise effects in various types of projects.

You can already add noise audio files.enCiphered wrote: Tue Sep 17, 2024 9:11 amIn my opinion, this plugin would truly shine if we had the ability to use our own sounds.an-electric-heart wrote: Thu Jul 20, 2023 1:10 am This is a good plugin, I like it a lot, but I feel there's some obvious holes. Ah yes you are right, I just noticed that for background noises. Unfortunately, drag and drop is not supported here. I'm using Sononym as the library for my sound sources, and it would have been great if I could simply drop sounds on the fly into the background noise sampler to test them. It would also be fantastic if we could use our own samples as speaker models, perhaps in the form of an IR? Just a thought..Lotuz2019 wrote: Tue Sep 17, 2024 9:18 amYou can already add noise audio files.enCiphered wrote: Tue Sep 17, 2024 9:11 amIn my opinion, this plugin would truly shine if we had the ability to use our own sounds.an-electric-heart wrote: Thu Jul 20, 2023 1:10 am This is a good plugin, I like it a lot, but I feel there's some obvious holes. Unfortunately, allowing users to import impulse responses would cause several issues due to the way Speakers and Springs were designed. That's why we re-designed Fog Convolver, which lets you load your own IRs, add photos, and more.
That said, adding drag-and-drop to the background noise module seems like a good idea.
