Yeah. I did that. The new license doesn't seem to work properly but online registration does.muki wrote: Mon Nov 08, 2021 9:54 pm iirc you need to download the license file from your user area

We introduced a new license format since v2.1, so if you downloaded a license file BEFORE that version, it'll be invalidated. We also reset all the activation slots with the release of v2.1, so downloading a new file will not affect your licenses availability.
If you downloaded a new license file and it's not validating, please send me a ticket attaching the file, so I can check if something went wrong.
Thanks!
Luca

Got the email. Here's a note: the new (from v2.1) license file should be 256 bytes. If your Echoes license file is 128 bytes, then it's the older version and won't work with v2.1 onwards.

thanks Luca. My backup license is 256 bytes ... but now I can see the file I sent you was the old 128 byte one from my previous install (stored with the .dll in my plugin folder). Sorry for the confusion.Audiority wrote: Wed Nov 10, 2021 8:08 am ... the new (from v2.1) license file should be 256 bytes. So far we only updated Echoes and Deleight with the new license. If you have the notifications enabled in your plugins, you'll get a new entry about that.

Hi there Luca!
I just had a quick question regarding second hand licenses; I seem to recall that licenses are issued in the name of the original buyer so, if I understand correctly, does that mean that when I buy a second hand license and it is transferred to my account, it will still show the name of the original buyer on the plugin rather than mine?
Thanks in advance!

When a license is transferred, you'll have the product deposited in your Audiority account. Once done that, you'll be able to download a license file the same way as per any other plugin purchased directly from us or from our dealers. These licenses will show your name.ohdoubleu wrote: Fri Nov 11, 2022 7:17 pm Hi there Luca!
