After trading several e-mails with IK support, I can say they were prompt and responsive, likely
more prompt than I was due to my being busy, and they got me to the desired result. Despite my best efforts

I found a good use for IK's Mixbox and T-RackS, and since both were included with a sale-priced
Total Studio 3.5, I took a flyer and bought it. And then needed IK support to reveal something possibly quite obvious to the rest of the known universe.

To make a long story short, I had expected everything in the Total Studio to just appear in the
'My Products' area of my IK website account. But it doesn't work that way. To unlock all the
Total Studio contents for install and registration, I had to first go to the 'My Products', and fetch the serial number for Total Studio, then access the Product Manager, find the button to initiate a new product serial-number pasting, and after that, a lot of automatic things happened.

I had hurriedly installed Mixbox and T-RackS before being enlightened by support, and was concerned because lower-than MAX and full versions were installed. But once the Total Studio serial number hit paydirt, after a reboot, the Product Manager began filling the My Products listing with a trove of MAX products, and full versions of the Studio's instruments and effects. The installed Mixbox went from 32 presets to many hundreds, and T-RackS became the MAX version with all the 'extras' like the Sunset And Fame studio reverbs in working order.

So the next year is booked solid, no netflix/hulu/disney...just rtfm's
and keep the record button above room temperature :hyper:

It will be interesting using Amplitube with the Mixbox and the various 'rooms' provided in
T-RackS. Maybe some of Warren Huarts videos will come in handy, for directly and inadvertantly defining what all this new gear is about. The amp and effect selection in A5 MAX is pretty deep. Kinda like being stranded in an Andertons type store, or a guitar Center on the ritzy side
of the tracks :hyper: I'm better suited for A4's simpler presentation, so will mostly intern in that setting for a while.

The preset rigs in Mixbox are divided into separate groupings according to who/what is being
effected, so that will reveal some typical use-cases. And just in time for the weekend.
