Old school folks will remember this as a dual (stereo) resynthesis effect with a whole lot of modulation. I seem to have lost this VST and can't find it online any longer. DtBlkFx era FSU effect.

I love you so, so much right now and I should have known that as I long ago asked rekkerd to host DtBlkFx with which I was similarly obsessed.

I found DtBlkFx in a guy's paper for uni in Britain if that tells you the lengths I once went to find new effects way back at the dawn of VSTs.
