PROBLEM with PLUGIN / VST: Portal by Output (FL STUDIO / Macbook Air M1 2021)

Hello, I bought the plugin portal by output today. After my installation in FL Studio, I opened the program and found that it wasn't working properly. my cpu meter in FL goes up a lot (when i start Portal) and the sound starts cracking. I have a macbook air 2020 m1. can you tell me what the problem is? is the performance of my Macbook air simply too weak for the plugin or is the plugin not yet compatible with the m1? Well if it was incompatible with M1 ARM, you wouldn't be able to launch it at all. Seems to not be M1 native, so likely running under Rosetta, but that wouldn't cause what you describe. Did you try increasing the buffer size in your DAW?

My Portal does nothing on my M2 Macbook Pro… I hope they‘ll fix it soon…

Try vst2 version. I had the same issue with one of them (others worked properly) but with vst2 it work correctly.

Remember also to report them the issue, so hopefully they will fix it

Dunno about the OPs issues as it must be running under Rosetta which I don’t use, but for the record, Portal ARM native is now in beta.
