How to make this clap / snare ?

Hello, i want to know what is this kind of clap / snare that is used in this breaks part (from 5:22 to 5:36) ? i dont know if its a clap or a snare or both used together ? it sounds very simple and basic, want to reproduce it same and want to know the effect used on it, i tryed with reverb but sounded too heavy for me, dont know if im using wrong clap / snare or just need to add the correct effect, there is no better quality than this rip, im using fruity loops 8 . I have 3xosc , serum and some other vst's, i dont have vital.
