So, what kind of vst effects there are, that make the tops having that crisp HD sound?
VST3 ones would be cool, as I then could beta the latest Reason and also trying out these plugins at the same time. You know, Crispy, Quantized sounding tops, HD-flavored effects.

Any suggestions?

I actually dont know what that is; yet this would be my best bet.

Quantized sound? So you want a distorted sound? I can’t tell exactly what you are looking for. If it’s just a bright high end then try an exciter like Fresh Air.

Harrison is snake oil. It's a complete waste of money. They lie through their teeth about analog summing and circuit modeling. There is no "there" there. If you like that workflow, just buy Ardour, which is the DAW they resell.
