Not too familiar with the Radiohead vibes sound but you might want to check out Cool Vibes from www.artvista.net . There are some mp3 demos at the website.

Lush, isn't something I would call a glockenspiel. ;)

thanks mc lilith but i want freaking lush, as in full highly sustained "piinnggggg" bells, vibes whatever, i dont even know what theyre called! I dont mean like jazzy vibrato bell things, I mean like childlike bells, things youd hear in christmas, nothing wood-sounding. Is it a glockenspeil? I dont know... Whatever that instrument is in ok computer on the song "no surprises"

Off top of my head, there's a vst called Bella, forget the link, but by Diverse that has amazing ringing bells. Not a sampled synth thought. xoxos also has a vibraphone vst he made. haven't tried it but his stuff is usually very good, if not freaky.
..what goes around comes around..

You just might be looking for hand bells. These are the ones that are commonly played by several people at once, each one holding a tuned bell in each hand. These bells ring a fairly long time, are made of brass (no wooden tones here), and don't have a vibrato effect. A glockenspiel has a bright, tinkly bell tone, which doesn't sustain for long periods.

Donnie's site has hand bells. Real thing. Also if moneys tight FM7 has good bell sounds and the Pentagon/Z3ta+ has good bell sounds. Nothing beats the real thing even with sample limitations. But synth sounds can also work for you. A lot depends on how you use these and what's your budget.
Pentagon,z3ta+,Tassman,Vsampler 3,FM7,Vocator,Sonar 3 Producer,SoundForge,Awave,Vegas 5
SFZ+,P5. And two kick ass DawBox machines!

well im seeking simply free sf2's or likewise that could do it.
