Sorry for misunderstanding "reverse" here, I meant reverse of "kick and snare only", which is "top loop only".

So, how can I get Chillout or Reggae sequences for Atlas? Sorry, I am not DIY guy.

You can reverse sounds in Atlas.

Not aware of any Atlas specific libraries you can purchase, but there are a fair number of free and paid drum MIDI libraries you could use in a DAW to trigger, like this

I still urgently need "half speed" and "double speed" function for Atlas sequencer.

I’m not the person you’re responding to, but I’m using Bitwig. Any insights?

Actually forget that, I’d seen some stuff about some DAWs that let you run at different tempos, but they were actually talking about letting you change global tempo at certain bar markers, not on a per track basis.

The only thing I’ve used that gets you close is the half time plugin from CableGuys

That's too awkward.
Almost all drum VST samplers I know have this function (half speed, double speed).
If you use Atlas, the only simple way is to render MIDI and in DAW make it half or double.
In Atlas you even could not synchronise the sequencer if your opt independent tempo. I tried this - I needed half tempo in sequencer - My DAW tempo was 120 - I pressed "chain" button and inserted 60 in tempo window. It is not working! At least in my Reaper.

You have to press "play Atlas sequencer" every time and it is not sync with DAW.
Could somebody try it in your DAW?

Atlas is about drum maps, the sequencer is just to play the map. Get a real sequencer to drive the sounds. Of course also write to support and ask for that feature. Its likely they listen, as this is a useful and easy to implement feature…

i absolutely love the sequencer in Atlas. it's the reason i bought the software. it's fast to come up with fresh sounding stuff using all sorts of samples. the random sequence generator is quite good as a starting place.

don't overlook the sequencer. it's super funky.

Using the sequencer to send midi controlling drums synths is neat as well.

Does atlas support velocity to sample start point now? So low velocities skip the transient.

I'm almost there with you. My main issues with the sequencer...

You can't select all the tracks and set the length all at once, which is super helpful for odd time signatures of course.

I drag MIDI from Atlas into Bitwig, and it works, yay, then exporting that MIDI to the desktop, dragging it back into Atlas, it's not there, because it's somehow recognizing that the MIDI is on bar 32, which Atlas can't read...

Seriously, just give us 10+ sequences and the ability to fire them via notes like Geist etc. I can record MIDI from Beatstep Pro into Atlas, I would like to be able to keep it in Atlas until the bitter end.
