Cannot start qJack server

Trying to run x42's wonderful setBFree. I have used it before with no issue but now I get this.

It says it has something to do with the PortAudio device, but whenever I try to change the PortAudio device it doesn't do anything to help.

Is there any reason as to why this is happening?
