Reverberate 3 has an ADSR envelope you can apply to IRs.

FL Studio's Convolver is essentially a version of Edison that performs convolution. It's a great IR editor and also provides a method to easily capture IRs from plugin chains.

logic's space designer has volume envelope, filter envelope and density envelope

waves H-Reverb has a decay envelope and a damping envelope

u-he twangström and u-he uhbik-a have an envelope that can be mapped to any (?) parameter

If you want complex, check out https://www.meldaproduction.com/MTurboReverb where you can design your own algorithms and https://www.meldaproduction.com/MConvolutionMB which is a convolution reverb with a ton of parameters.

i can't find any option for envelopes in melda's mTurboReverb....
