Standalone Waveform Visualizers?

Hey all,

I am looking for a program (not a plugin, unless itcan be used standalone) that can passively just display my computers audio output. basically just like the oscilloscope that comes standard in FL thats always in the top. i want it purely for aesthetic purposes, but i want something thats highly responsive, low latency, and high resolution so it can be fullscreened decently.

maybe its an odd request but if someone knows a decent progam (or where i should ask about one) then id appreciate it!
