and something must have changed so can every one add all they know and keep this going please

is there one for only kontakt player libaries or free KONTAKT Libarys ? i havent seen one as there are more and more great libraries
i think something must have changed in the licensing fees or something because there are becoming more and more useful Kontakt PLAYER Libaries .

Well, NI's licensing page for Player libraries still lists some pretty high fees:

Since most of the free libraries listed here are for Kontakt Player 7, I would guess that NI has waived some fees on specific products in order to get more developers on board with developing for Kontakt 7. After all, there's really not much reason for users to upgrade to the new version unless there are libraries that require it. It's true that the player remains free and can be installed alongside Kontakt 6, but surely we'll be seeing more libraries requiring the full version of Kontakt 7 soon. Maybe that was even part of the deal.

But anyway, bringing it back to the spirit of listing free stuff, Sonokinetic has a new free Electro-mechanical Piano for Kontakt Player 7:
