Top 3 symptoms:
1) Surfing the web, including KVR.
2) Watching pr0n (well, sometimes some other movies as well...)
3) Getting drawn away from anything by, say, new goodies.

Top 2 reasons for those symptoms:
1) Low attention span
2) Lack of inspiration

2. Writing my new plugin's (I always say - "well i want this plugin to do a specific thing in a track", then a year later im still working on it and the track has never been finished)
3. University
