Any news regarding Wavesfactory?

Hi,
on 28th of november I bought Trackspacer. As I didn't receive anything like a serial or download link for the full version I sent a support email.
Apart from a friendly and quick reply:
" There was a typo in your email address. I just fixed it and resent the license.
If you haven't received it yet please check the spam and promotions folders. "
I didn't receive anything. Sent a couple more emails with all the relevant details but simply nothing came back. No support email, no license.

So I thought I might ask here if anybody had any recent contact with Jesús of Wavesfactory and can confirm that he is alive and well?

I bought Trackspacer and Quantum on 1 December and got the links and serials from him right away. Maybe worth visiting this page: https://www.wavesfactory.com/my-purchases/ and trying to kickstart the process that way. Maybe he sent his reply to the address containing the typo, i.e. a "black hole".
