Pllugin guru's latest, Kreaturesque, is a large vocal lib that comes with extra competition designer patches plus a whole other set just for Halloween and is on sale.

Excellent suggestions on the soundbanks. I own a few of these.
However, you may want to take a bit of time to get to know the presets already in O2. Amazingly rich instrument on its own, with a ton of stuff to get you going. Find out what you're missing and then fill in the blanks with some of the soundsets on offer.
Probably not telling you anything you don't already know, but there it is anyway.

PlugInGuru Cello and Viola.
Still have to get them, but those Skippy vids sound so good. As does his entire MegaMagic series. That’s the best third party source for Omnisphere 2 right there. Simply amazing.

If you're into pop, check out the recreations in "The Fame" by ILIO. Having starting points in meticulously recreated patches from famous songs can be a real time saver
