NI gives away old plugins. Arturia gives away new plugins.
No Siree bob.. maybe last year but certainly when NI use to give away their own fx and synths they were mostly brand new synths and fx..(not talking about Kontakt instruments)
But even their free reaktor xmas give aways were mostly new stuff.
Maybe sometimes they give away the junior version and later in the next year sold the bigger version of them, but those were new stuff.

And happy holidays to all you KVRians. Hope you can make it a peaceful one... or maybe an extremely unpeaceful one after running it through this plugin, heh.
Did you say PEACEFUL? On KVR? If it stopped being hostile, I'd have a stroke.
If you can't dazzle 'em with brilliance, baffle 'em with bullshit.

Perfect timing. I needed something that could give me two resonant peaks and scream for a sound effect, and it worked perfectly. Great freebie.

...is totally false. Raum was totally new and, I think, their all-time best giveaway. One of my most-used reverbs to this day. And I have a lot of reverbs. More recently they've been new Play instruments.

It's very KVR to complain about freebies.

Anyway, glad there is uncharacteristic harmony about Arturia these days, having been generally despised for so long. It's kinda funny to read some spoiling for a fight regarding u-he's joint promo with NI, threatening an upside down Arturia=good, u-he=bad.

Bastards. What next?

Amazon expected me to give them my address too! Haha. Losers. I didn't fall for that one either. Never did receive my order though.

I almost uninstalled this plugin when I couldn't find the resonance limiter button. It was THAT close.

do you have to install the arturia service center software?
how does it sound in comparison to cytomic the drop ms20 model?
🇷🇺

Post

I don't think it's possible. Arturia Service Center is needed for both installation and activation. The only thing you can do is an offline activation, but, that also requires the Service Center application.

Great freebie.

Never thought I would say this about arturia , but it sounds equally as good as the drop ms 20 filter .
It sounds marvelous and dirty , arturia really stepped up their dsp code .
