Is this a good price for a new production computer?

Well it's the one year university of the start of this post. Since then I did finally decide on a build and purchased the components over the recent black Friday sale. I put the idea of a build on the shelf until the black Friday sale pushed me into action.

I watched this build vid by PC Builder and decided to just go with it. I know going with the AM4 socket prevents me from any upgrades, but I feel this PC will due for all my needs for music and VR. So by buying a dead format, I saved a little cash I think.

I haven't built it yet. B&H Photo screwed me out of their deal by later telling me it was backordered then not restocking it, so I'll have to make another 1000w PSU choice. I plan to buy a HD or maybe two if I RAID. The processor will give me 1080p x 2 monitors for music production needs.
This system will surely be great for music production and as for VR with a future GPU, (looking at a 4090 when they are close to MSRP) I expect to get 90 or better FPS running the more immersive titles I like rather then full on action titles.
