Did I fry my M-Track ?

I've been using an M-Audio Mtrack 2x2 for 4 years and, while being far from excellent, it did the trick for very little money .

Unfortunately yesterday, while receiving audio from my guitar amp Red Box, it stopped working.

It turns on for a couple of seconds, then it switches off. I had the D.I from my Vox solid state amp connected to it but I thought it wasn't clipping, so I don't understand.

Is it dead ?
