A lot of the plugins that producers used around that time have been discontinued or no longer provide updates.
A good way to find similar sounds is to look at other popular songs from around that time and find the presets they used. There was a lot less soft synths around that time compared to now, so people tended to hover around the same ones.
I don't know the release dates of them so they could be newer than this song, but try Purity, Xpand!2, Gladiator, etc. Those were all popular in the early 2010s at least and they might've been released even earlier.
