Could be, that this one pretty much nailed it, I would say.

Other than that, how about thinking a little bit outside of the box?
What’s an infinite reverb?

The idea behind infinite reverbs dates back to the early days of algorithmic reverberators. In your typical algorithmic reverb, you have a bunch of digital delay lines arranged in various series & parallel configurations. Feedback is applied to part of the network. The more feedback is applied, the longer the reverb time. When the feedback gain reaches 0 dB (i.e. a gain of 1.0), the reverb will theoretically go on forever, and you have an infinite reverb.

Here’s how to infinite reverb in Supermassive:

Start with an algorithm that can generate infinite reverb. This may not be obvious from the algorithm names, so here’s a quick list: Gemini, Hydra, Great Annihilator, Lyra, Capricorn.
Set WARP to some non-zero setting, so that you get a reverb sound, versus a repeating echo.
Set DENSITY to some non-zero setting, to smooth things out into reverb.
Turn the Mod Depth to zero. This helps preserve the pitch of the freeze reverb.
Finally, and most importantly, turn the FEEDBACK up to 100%.

Once you’ve done this, play a sound into Supermassive, and listen to that infinite decay!

Viscous, not vicious. Your threads tend to lead nowhere. I'm sure this one will lead nowhere as well.

One other one ill throw out there despite being a little over your price range is Toneboosters Reverb 4. It has a very generous unlimited demo version, and does Shimmer, Freeze, Mod Freq and Depth, parametric EQ, tail EQ plus a few other really nice things.

It has the best Shimmer i have personally heard (up there with Synapse Audio's).

Tal Reverb 4 is free 🤷‍♂️
Comes close to what you’re after.
Other than that just buy Xenoverb. Reading this thread has led me to using it on a track I’m working on. Love it.
I wonder what happens if I press this button...

SSL X-Delay can be dialed in with some interesting delay-y reverbs and it has Freeze! On sale now for $30US. Check distributors for a better price.

So EOS2 is quite nice. I'm a bit confused by one thing: reducing the size seems to make the sound bigger, which seems counter intuitive.

I want to try the Black Hole Eventide plug in because it is a really good offer. I like the ribbon function where you can modulate a custom arrangement of parameters. Unfortunately, I can't get it to work. It's in the right folder, installed correctly but reaper doesn't see it

Maybe I can buy them with a paypal pay in 3 offer, something i've done for a lot of my plugins. God bless paypal

i plumped for xenoverb. It's not as fully featured in some areas, but the difference of modes is really good
