Both is possible for future updates of all Tone2 products (apart from Icarus2, as this one already supports MPE).

Markus, as one of your Complete Bundle customers who just purchased a Roli Seaboard Rise 2 over the holidays, I would be very interested in seeing MPE support added to any and all possible Tone2 products.

I never had any problems with the interface and its clarity on my 4K monitor, the image was perfect in version 2, and the font was even better than the one you incorporated in version 3.

I will wait for version 3.5 or 4? for you to add the ones we users are waiting for. 2 effects per layer for example, 20 or more modulation slots, or a 64 step improved arpeggiator.

When you implement this, then I will have no problem to pay for the upgrade, for now...I'll pass.

On PC the GUI was too small if you use a 4K screen. In v3 you can make it up to 4 times larger.

On Mac it depended what desktop zoom factor you used. The background image was either blurry or the GUI was small.
In v3 the image is now always crisp and you can make it up to 4 times larger.

No. The font is exactly the same as the late version of v2. Screen recordings were done with the PC version so it might look different to you if you are used to the mac version.

All versions of Electra offer 40 mod matrix slots per patch (10 for each synth layer).
I also have taken care of your request and included a new feature which helps a lot: "Unused matrix slots are cleaned-up automatically after saving patches". In practise you will not longer run out of slots as everything with 'off' as modulator or source magically turnes into a fresh free slot.

Might be coming for v3.5 and is possible from the technical side. However it will come at the cost that you need to switch through tabs.

Hi Markus,

From the Presets Browser the difference in the view is more than obvious. Version 2 of Electra displays a 'bold' style font which has good contrast on 4K monitors, as opposed to the new version with the 'standard' font which looks clear but doesn't stand out. I've been using Electra 2 for years, for me, the 'bold' font looks much better throughout the interface.

It would be great if you can add 2 FX per layer!!! We don't care if you have to click 5 more times there or movin' through tabs.

10 Slots per modulation layer is not enough, sorry.

You didn't improve the arpeggiator, hopefully you will seriously expand it in v3.5.

Thanks for this great synth Markus, don't get me wrong, it's just taste and preferences from my opinion, not necessarily all users require it. Even if you left the Electra 2 as it is, I would continue using it. Currently it is the only VST that keeps me really entertained programming sounds!

You didn't improve the arpeggiator

That's not true. Please read the update notes:
- The SYNTH button flashes when a layer plays a note.This makes it easier to work with several arpeggiators.
- Major and minor chords are available as additional key modes for the arpeggiator.
- The arpeggiator's Stack-mode has been enhanced and can handle polyphonic input and duplicate notes.
