which is better? this is an important question. and please don't tell me "whichever you prefer, they're both good" (fisherking, i'm talking to you). i'm a pro, i need answers.

i'm asking this, not about features, or the sound (don't say it's 'subjective'!). at the end of the day, one has to be better than the other. which one is it?

The white hive 2 is significantly better than the blue one imo.

I had another listen and I think the 2nd one would sound better if it was skinnable. Anyone know where I can get one?

Clear vote for Hive 2, it sounds impressive (more analog and organic), while Hive 2 sounds like shit (more digital and plastic)!

Hive 2 does analog better, but Hive 2 has better filters. In that case I would go with Zebra 3.
