A good motherboard for this setup? (Intel 13. / DDR5 / 4 x M.2)

Anyway, now I picked up the Gigabyte Z790 GAMING X AX motherboard I ordered. I found a store where it was €296.90. In the store (verkkokauppa.com), where I originally ordered it, it would have cost €364.99. So I'm quite happy with the situation now. Next week I will get the rest of the components and I can finally assemble the new machine.

Do tell us the final DPC latency of the build when its ready I'm eyeing 13700 and Z790 too here.

The PCI channels in a motherboard are limited. By mother board design or by the CPU itself.
If you go with a x16 graphics card and 2 M.2 using 4 channels each, you use up 24 PCI channels.
If you want to add more SSD, you can add only on the SATA bus.
So please check your MB and CPU data before deciding what to buy and type of SSDs to use.
