Ozric style floaty spacey arps?

Oh how I love the Ozrics. Old and new. In fact their really early crusty sounding stuff is some of their best.

I can't qutie get my floaty spacey arps to sound as good. I'm using emulations and certainly dont have the range of gear that Ed does, but it should be relatively simple: high resonance arps modulating with tons of delay right?

Are there any clever tricks these guys use in the studio to get them sounding as...floaty and spacey?
