Need some help with vsts that don't load

Hi I'm having troubles with loading 2 of my Vst2 namely Exotic3 and VaRax. They both worked fine on Windows 10 pro + home. Now after the upgrade to Windows 11 they will only load in pro but not in Home edition. Does anyone know why that error occurres and how to get rid of it?

Let me know if you have solutions for this. I'd be glad not to upgrade the to the pro instead.
