Issues with Roland MMP 2? Anyone familiar? Where to find Roland Support?

So, I've got this Roland MMP 2 and I just don't know what's going on -First of all, I think one of the pres is louder than the other, so there's that. Like, on one pre I have to crank the gain, while the other just seems to be normal.-But, it doesn't really seem to affect the sound, so I guess I'm good??

More importantly, when I'm tracking in Reaper, I'm getting occasional stalls and glitches AND it also says "re-sampled" from 44.1 k -Even though literally everything is set to 44.1k already (pres, interface, computer -everything.). None of this happened before I integrated the Roland via the digital in/out in order to get two more channels... I suspect after talking with a few people on the Reaper forum that there is something going on with the clock of the MMP2 and my Tascam US 2000 interface -something is not syncing. I think I need to make the Roland the slave to the Tascam, but not sure how to do it -I can't seem to get Roland on the phone AND I'm unable to submit a support inquiry without having a registered product I know the product is probably no longer covered under their policy, but I figured they could at least steer me in the right direction for some help, but that's a little hard to do when i can't even write them an email. So, here I am...
