I know to try powering it on and off and playing all the keys. But what else? Are there any wear concerns with aging on these units?
An older copy always sounds more analog.
Do these things require a virtual battery to be virtually replaced? Any other virtual maintenance?

always kick the tyres, then look a little put off.
they tend to knock a few quid off.

I'd say make sure you get a copy that was only on a fat32 formated system when you're after the vintage color.

you'd be happy then, prices are in quids here. a pound sterling is equal to one quid.

basic sawtooth, middle C, open filter, nothing else. hive 2 (the first pic) and hive 2 (second pic) sound pretty similar, but hive 2 (second pic) does seem to, how shall i put this, encompass everything everywhere all at once.

i'd go with hive 2 personally...

Hive2 is. But Hive2 is not.

Be careful when you choose.

I prefer Hive3.
More suited for fantasy stuff.

Between Hive2 and Hive2, which do you think would be better suited for replacing the guitarist?
