hi guys, on my notebook i could add this plugin in an older FL Studio version but i dont have there activated my Nexus and 2 other plugins. so i got no STEM of this sound :( and in another project too. i dont want to add this plugin and some other old ones to my main PC as i dont wanna fill them up with older bad plugins.

i dont get it yet if i can emulate/re-create this with eg Fabfilter Q3 or maybe SHADE?

I forgot to hover for specific Cutoff and Resonance values here but the direction should be right shouldnt it? the LFOs seem to not be used.

BR is Band Reject I think.

Yeah, aka notch filter - but there might be a difference, correct me if Im wrong

And to the topic - I'd work by ear, hard to replicate it if you have nothing to compare to though

Something like Bertom Audio EQ Curve Analyzer (free) will massively help transfer settings between EQs.

Try feeding the first plugin some white noise and then insert pro Q after it. That way you can see what is actually going on and learn to recreate the settings using pro Q

It looks like the LFO is used in the first case (band-reject = notch) at 80% strength (but we don't know what the max range is).

Be aware that a modulated notch filter is roughly equivalent to a single-stage phaser, so for that patch you might consider using dedicated phaser plugin.

Otherwise, I'd use Volcano 3 for this as it has modulators built-in; we need to sweep the frequency with an LFO (probably triangle or sine shape). Pro-Q3 does not so you'd need to provide and LFO through the DAW as MIDI or automation data. (In REAPER it's quite easy to add an LFO to automatable parameters, I don't know about your DAW.)
