Soundcard not working

I have a new win 10 setup.
New installation on new HD.
Last installation ( very old) got broken somehow.
So I have to set up all again and fresh, including my Digidesign Mbox2.
On the old system ( the same as now,win 10) it runs perfect.

I know there was something special on the installation or a special driver, but cant remember what it was.

Found the drivers on theire webside, but the lights of the Mbox stay dark.

Something is missing, but what?
Any idea?

Try swapping to/from USB3 to USB2 and/or vice versa. Check if you got the right cable on the right port. USB3 is blue. USB2 is black

Reinstalled the driver and no it works:)
