Downsizing NKIs in bulk

Several years ago I sampled several of my keyboards, and now realize that I created HUGE NKI files because I sampled several velocities of every key.

I wish that I had instead recorded 2 velocities every third key.

Is there a way of taking all of these NKIs and doing removing most of the unnecessary samples, and remapping......in bulk?
