"180 carefully crafted wavetables split into 36 banks of 5 morphable waveform sets"

and

"32 static wavetables modifiers...can be applied to the 180 wavetables..."

this is wrong: argon8 features 36 wavetables (40 on osc2) not 180; this is rather suspicious too, since modal has been dealing with wavetables for years and should know the exact difference between a waveform and a wavetable

should be corrected to

"180 carefully crafted waveforms split into 36 wavetables of 5 morphable waveforms"

and

"32 static wavetables modifiers...can be applied to the 36 (40 on osc2) wavetables..."

"lfo1 and lfo2 are scaled such that if they are assigned with maximum depth and the modulated parameter is at its centre value, the full parameter range will be modulated"

this is wrong: osc tune range is plus/minus 24 semitones, yet when a lfo is assigned to it (with max depth) modulation range is only plus/minus 6 semitones (which is really low and not even an useful/proper musical interval)

"all other modulation sources are scaled such that if they are assigned with maximum positive depth and the modulated parameter is at 0, the full parameter range will be modulated"

this is wrong: osc tune range is plus/minus 24 semitones, yet when mod-eg is assigned to it (with max depth) modulation range is either plus or minus 12 semitones (still pretty low but at least a useful/proper musical interval)

"with ‘relative’ mode turned on, the tune2 control is relative to oscillator 1 tuning rather than the root note, and snapped to a mathematical relationship rather than an equal-temperament tuning offset"

there's no relative mode for osc2 tune, the actual choice is between semitones and ratios (a rather confusing term); what relative mode actually does is link osc2 pitch to osc1 (including modulation); therefore tune2 adjust osc2 tuning relative to osc1

lfo saw waveform visual/graphic representation is inverted: what's the point of providing information when that same information is wrong?

//////////////THINGS TO IMPROVE
____________________
osc2 sine noise wavetable moves from sine to noise (gradually adding noise)
osc2 square noise wavetable moves from square to noise (gradually adding noise)
osc2 clocked noise wavetable moves from noise to "clock" (gradually removing noise)

why is the "direction" of the last wavetable inverted? it's confusing

____________________
mix, tune and fine knobs "snap" to 0 for waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to long; this is a problem when trying to gradually/gracefully adjust parameters; most manufacturers do this but in a more subtle and manageable way

____________________
when only osc1 is heard, changing osc2 wavetable and/or wave modifier produces glitches and crackles (and viceversa); i guess this is due to the low dsp power but it's still annoying; it would be great (and normal practice on most wavetable synths) to change wavetable on one oscillator without interferences on other oscillators

wavetables are few and not different enough

ARGON8
40 wt
5 waveforms per wt

MODWAVE (which i own)
200wt
up to 64 waveforms per wt

HIVE (which i own)
140wt
up to 256 waveforms per wt

both MODWAVE and HIVE support user wavetables import too
