How do you cancel PA Mega trial?

I signed up for their free trial promo entirely just to get access to the betas of plugins I had already that were not running yet on Apple Silicon. Thing is the subscription doesn't seem to show in my account so I can't cancel from there and I have twice contacted support to ask how to cancel but not had a response. Getting close to the end of the trail period and I do not want to get billed.

You could ask your lawyer to submit a request for a mistrial 
No auto tune...
