Hi guys,

I paid 550€ "second hand" for a PA ALL 2022 license.
The license transferred ok to my PA account (I paid the transfer fee), and it appears as active on my account but the plugs don't "find" the license either during online or offline activation.
I made a support ticket on the 18th, and so did the person who sold the license to me, but I still have no news from them.

Has anyone experiences something similar with Plugin Alliance?

Is their customer service usually this long?
