Anyone experiencing stuck notes since updating to Gforce SEM 1.5.0 and OB-E 2.5.0 updates (macOS)?
SEM 1.5.0 and OB-E 2.5.0 introduce a problem of stuck notes after a while in Ableton (latest version). Never had an issue with stuck notes in them both before the update in previous version.
Stuck notes after a while on a Midi clip in the project (I have to turn the volume to 0 in muted parts of the project to bypass the issue, very annoying).
No stuck notes issue with MiniMonsta 2 though. So I suspect it's a Gforce issue with SEM and OB-E only on Macs.
Using Mac M1, macOS Ventura and latest Ableton.

No, they are both working as expected here in Studio One.

I don't have OB-E but SEM doesn't work with me either (M1 Mac Ventura). It received Midi but doesn't produce any sound. It also doesn't show the browser nor the + or - buttons work! I tested the AU version in both Ableton 11 and Logic and tested AU/VST2/VST3 in S1. Oddity3 and Minimonsta2 are working fine.
Using: Cubase Pro 15, Reason 13, Tascam US-4x4HR, MODX6, DM12D, LaunchKey 49, Yamaha guitar(Pacifica 612v) and bass (BB234) and some virtual instruments and synths.

It's quiet here.
I hope GForce guys will manage to deal with system scale problem on Windows.
I like how D16 dealt with that - a user can input current system scale themselves, in case if the DAW and/or plugin is not aware of the scale, or if DAW can't pass this info to the plugin.
That's the only thing holding me from getting OB-E. I think it sounds gorgeous; I'd say almost the best among synth emulations

It is resizeable and will keep the setting after it has been done so not seeing the problem here.Dencheg wrote: Tue Sep 26, 2023 4:34 pm It's quiet here.

There are a triangle on the End/Right side of the gui that you click and drag until you have the size you want.

Just use other system scale than 100%, it will be blurryD-Fusion wrote: Tue Sep 26, 2023 4:59 pmIt is resizeable and will keep the setting after it has been done so not seeing the problem here.Dencheg wrote: Tue Sep 26, 2023 4:34 pm It's quiet here.

(that's why my references to D16 approach with manual specification of system scale in the plugin settings)

I guess they both have their fans.
Me? I would prefer manually resizable any day of the week.
I get to make the SEM exactly the size I want it..
The ideal size for me for D16 gets too big when I open the browser or the sequencer.

Does the blurriness affect the sound? I'd rather have a blurry synth that sounds like OB-E than a crisp looking synth that sounds like a Cherry Audio emulation.

I only have the Oberheim Sem and not OB-E and haven't noticed it being blurry when i Resize the Gui.
What Resolution do you use 1080p, 1440p or 4k?

It's a known problem for OB-E (and non-scale aware plugins in general)
UPD: sorry for confusion, I was talking about OB-E.
SEM is totally fine for me
