XioSynth - GLOBAL/Memory Protect setting: "DEMO"????

I just updated my XioSynth OS to V.2107 (on Mac Big Sur using SysEx Librarian app)
Now my GLOBAL Setting for 'Mem Protect' says "DEMO"
(& turning the data knob does nothing).

Also, pressing WRITE shows "Memory Protected".

Installing V.2106 didn't help.
Power Up (Holding down Octave -, Octave +, PLAY/SYN) didn't work
....only showed another page for Installing the OS again.

Anyone else ever have this????

Maybe I need to Install the OS using the actual Xio Editor App (which isn't Big Sur compatible)
I do keep an old windows7 laptop (for old-gear needs like this)...but it's not with me at the moment.

Any input would be great thanks.

SOLVED

Whilst in Template Mode:
Press PLAY + EDIT + either OCTAVE button
(toggles "demo mode")

It took a few tries but it finally worked
