AuthenticDan wrote:This is the best synthesizer I've ever used. I put it on a track and instantly became cool and popular. Then I used the morph function to make a second preset, put it on another track, and went multi-platinum. This is simply my go-to synthesizer for a warm, professional sound.

Yeah ... cheers, I gave the beast a quick skim ... not quite felt its innards yet ... but sure will in the fullness of time .... err f**k, get real, thanks for posting something worth posting about other than the demise of some dude I never knew, loved, enjoyed, respected, etc ....

... heres a wacky idea .... ( as opposed to wacko ... which would be cheap! ) ... contribs to mr Alias now have MAPro. contribs to the OSCs I have organised have a collection of bits and bobs I have built.

I wonder if by Xmas, there might be a small collection of guys for a 'big face off' dual winners comp? :hihi: ... like a Mr Alias versus tattiemannie's fucxerupper-wire-boxes comp?? and no shame that contributors to both comps will have the better free shit to cope with the demands?

I can say now, I will pledge a minimum of £20 cash to the winner ... what ye sayin pizzy?

Post

sounds good to me. i'll pledge a copy of Mr. Alias Super Extra Professional Plus Edition, with a custom handmade fake dongle.

Good stuff! Dont let let me forget now, that £20 could be rather handy around xmas!

How about a special edition, one of a kind £20 note for the winner? would that work?

Hey insertpizhere, a little bit of a necropost here, but anyway, maybe you are still around. I wanted to listen to the entries, but you seem to have taken down everything from your website, including the audio files from this post. Are they available anywhere else, like on soundcloud? Thanks!

Post

insertpizhere has not been seen here for a long while. i hope he's ok.

as it happens, the entries got archived to the one-synth challenge contest site, so they're here: https://sites.google.com/site/kvrosc/20 ... authuser=0

Yay, thank you so much! The tracks are as wacky and fun as I imagined. Definitely glad that I asked.
