Synth Sound or Similar

Hi all,

New to production and looking to remake this track from scratch -

Synth sound I am looking for comes in at :20 seconds with the High Hat which starts off with a filter on it I believe and runs throughout.

For reference I use Studio One and do have Serum

I attempted to make something similar in Serum.

There needs more stereo processing (I think) to the sound, but I don't know how to exactly do that in Serum.
