Help optimizing BIOS settings for dram and cpu - some confusion....

I found that Latency Monitor interfere a bit and getting tiny pops in between running it.
But it does not register anything on drivers over 900 us.
But seems good for now and everything connected too.
Still not sure if this 2133 Mhz on memory is that or MT/s. If it is 2133 Mhz and memory clock every edge doubling that in real time to be 4266 MT/s it would be all good. But some numbers presented in memtest86 mentioned 1600 Mhz and that would in case be 3200 MT/s. So a bit confused still over that.
Will look more into memtest softare to see if it can be optimized. I just looked at specs presented last time and will see again running tests if that shows if I can go up in memory speed. Just trying higher speeds is probably working in one temperature but might fail in another.
But 95% done, I think.

So I ordered new memory Kingston that were on the list for MB.
So now running at 3200 MT/s XMP 1.35V.(Often specified as 3200 Mhz which is not all correct then).
Highest driver dpc latency is down to 440 us for NT Kernel Framework something.
Nvidia driver 170 us.
The rest of drivers around 50 us tops.
Previous Corsair did 990 us for Nvidia driver, and around 700 us for NT Kernel.
So this was well worth extra $90 education money as I call it. So lesson learned check these long codes for memory that they match MB listings.
Another tip is AutoRuns program from SysInternals. It is listing all kinds of autostart of various software that are not listed in Taskmanager Startup. You can do surgical adaptions of things that check for updates and crap. It's been a source for little pops in audio over the years.
