It's best to wait to see what they actually release before committing to it. That said, I think that only in looks would it be the perfect mate.

I think that another important factor is how "bendable" cables are. Some are so stiff that even after months keep bended position in which they were packed. I hate those.
My favourite are PolarNoise from Amazon. Quite flexible, not totally floppy, more like 50:50.

Do they ship USPS?

Man, I lost way too much money on eurorack cables because I like to colour code them per function (I still have to figure out best config) and then of course each colour require more than one length. I'm worried that I'll spend more on cables than on modules

The colour coded thing (once I heard of it) made sense, sort-of, but the nightmare you state here was an obvious downside to it for me, so I never embraced it fully.

Me either, but I've been ordering the stackables color coded by length, as it's either that or white, and I appreciate being able to see at a glance whether I have what I need in the jumble of cables not yet put away.

I ve been looking at the Moog grandmother. It sounds so warm and lush.
The Behringer model 15 and Proton would be an awesome package and a great bang for the buck (assuming it delivers).
