That's repeating the one single detail you already provided, not adding more detail.

You know, things like your operating system, your operating system version, the plugin, the plugin type, the plugin version, the exact steps required to repeat the issue etc etc.

We cant assist without knowing what's actually happening, we're not mindreaders.

You might get better answers from the "HelpDesk" of Element or the "HelpDesk"
or whatever DAW you're using of which we have no idea because you can't be bothered
to provide more details. WE are not the "HelpDesk" nor are we psychics. If you want help here you need to be more specific about the details of your problem.
