How is the famous nexus lead made?

Do you maybe know where this lead sources from? Yes, that overused sound you are all familiar with. Is there some very very similar preset in some Virus or another gear? I mean "Hands Up 1" from Nexus leads, also called as "Cosmo" - from DJ Cosmo or Cosmic Gate maybe? Similar used by Manian too.
Maybe in some Schleis presets packs? I previewed some for Virus but not all.
I managed to recreate very similar sound in Sylenth1 with two heavy modulated sawtooth layers shifted in phase.

Please don't say its simply JP8000 I am looking for something almost identic. It's probably more than just a 8000 supersaw. It could be heavy layer too.

I created that patch almost 20 years ago. I have originally programmed it on a Virus B... its a simple 2 osc sound, but with some special fast LFO modulation. And yes, Manian used it very often.
