Always nice to see BOZ coming up with something new.

I'd rather they came up with updates for their existing plugins that they haven't updated in YEARS in some cases. Apple Silicon support and resizable GUIs is a bare minimum. It's 2023.

Its interesting, easy to use and well laid out. Haven't done enough with it yet to figure out if its different enough from my other springs vsts and I should buy. But I will.

Choosing the IR modes causes major CPU spikes on my system/DAW.

Is it affecting anything like stopping the DAW (Logic) or the audio or something else?vitocorleone123 wrote: Mon Mar 13, 2023 7:33 pm Choosing the IR modes causes major CPU spikes on my system/DAW.

Yes, it's causing crackling. Sometimes IR loader front-ends do this. Korneff MicroDigital Reverberator v1.0 had issues, as did Wave Alchemy Glow. Both were fixed.plexuss wrote: Mon Mar 13, 2023 8:08 pmIs it affecting anything like stopping the DAW (Logic) or the audio or something else?vitocorleone123 wrote: Mon Mar 13, 2023 7:33 pm Choosing the IR modes causes major CPU spikes on my system/DAW.

There is now a 1.0.2 version, which fixes one of the issues I was having where the interface gets stuck on Impulse even when you switch to a preset that uses Algorithmic. I'm still finding the VST3 version strangely quiet in some DAWs. I wasn't experiencing the IR issues mentioned above, but maybe the new version solves them. I can't find a changelog.
Surely there must be consensus by now...

It doesn't seem to come with any presets or to be possible to save your own either (I just tried 1.05 but this is still an issue)

Lots of presets, here. Easy to save my own. Which OS/DAW are you using?

That list is empty on my system, Mac Studio Max, and it won’t save presets either

Are you running version 1.05? There were some updates.
If not, update first. If yes, contact support.

On the Windows side there is a place where Boz installs presets. Clicking on that folder icon near the empty presets opens the presets folder (on Windows, anyways.)
It looks like Boz might develop on a Mac because I've got loads of ._DS_Store files and even a __MACOSX folder.

Thanks - that helped me fix the bug. Clicking on the folder icon didn't open anything for me so I went looking for the presets folder (now I knew there was one) and found it had been installed with restricted permissions for some reason and I couldn't access it (and evidently neither could hosts) so I changed permissions to read/write access and now I can see them. Looks like an installer bug and I have reported it
